Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TAN (“Telegram AI Agent Network”), including the Telegram bot @tan_org_bot and the website tan.org. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TAN provides an AI assistant accessible through Telegram. The service includes AI-powered conversations, web search, media generation (images, video, music), Google Calendar and Gmail integration, Maps and directions, reminders, and file handling.

2. Accounts

An account is automatically created when you first message the Telegram bot. You are responsible for all activity under your Telegram account. You must not share your account or use someone else's account without permission.

3. Plans and Payments

TAN offers a free trial plan with limited usage, and paid plans with higher limits. Payments are processed via Telegram Stars. Paid plans are billed monthly. Token-based features (media generation, Maps) are charged per use from your token balance.

All purchases through Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's payment terms. Refunds follow Telegram's refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal activities or to generate harmful content
Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service infrastructure
Use the service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages through Gmail integration
Share your API keys or OAuth tokens with unauthorized parties
Impersonate others when using Gmail or Calendar features

5. Third-Party Services

TAN acts as an intermediary that connects you to various external third-party services, including AI model providers, search engines, media generation services, calendar and email providers, mapping services, and cloud infrastructure providers. TAN does not control these external services and is not responsible for:

The availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services
Any content generated, processed, or returned by third-party providers
Changes to third-party pricing, terms, features, or API availability
Data handling practices of third-party providers once your data leaves our systems
Any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by third-party service failures or changes

Your use of these services through TAN is subject to each provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms. We may add, remove, or replace third-party providers at any time without prior notice.

6. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account, you authorize TAN to access your Calendar and Gmail data to perform actions you explicitly request. You can revoke this access at any time using the /disconnect command or through your Google Account settings. TAN's use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

All AI responses, generated media (images, videos, music), and other outputs are produced by external third-party AI models. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. TAN does not review, validate, or endorse any AI-generated content. You use AI outputs entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TAN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI responses, the reliability of reminders or scheduled tasks, the delivery of emails, the quality of generated media, the availability of third-party services, or the security of connected accounts beyond reasonable measures described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, missed opportunities, incorrect AI-generated content, failed or incorrect actions performed through connected services (email, calendar), missed reminders, or any damages resulting from third-party service failures or changes.

You acknowledge that TAN is an intermediary that orchestrates third-party services, and you use the service entirely at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAN and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including actions performed through connected services (sending emails, creating calendar events), content you generate or share, and any violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and providers that are beyond our control. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice or liability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot.
